Rlocus plot- Xlimit and Gain for stability limit

Hope you are keeping well.

I need to know the following:
i. In Octave Root Locus plot is it possible to add Xlimit and ylimit to
plot only the area of interest?
ii. Is it possible to get the gain for stability limit?
