Hi Bruno,

are you talking about https://octave-online.net/ ? This web service is 
not related to the authors of GNU Octave so I would suggest to directly 
ask them. The code is available here 
https://github.com/octave-online/octave-online-server so as far as I can 
see you should be able to setup your own instance.

What kind of limits do you see?
