error fem fenics

Hi All,
i am trying to install the fem-fenics package in octave. it solves 
partial differential equations using finite element method. i downloaded 
it and unzipped it in the packages sub directory.
when i try to install the package i get error message in configuration 
settings. the last comment in command line is no dolphin.
do i also need to install dolphin? and where is it available?
