Regarding Imresize usage function

Regarding the usage of imresize  function with property ,value .How to pass
value to it and in help imresize in command prompt it is showing three
functions like imresize(Im,scale), imresize (Im,[Rows Columns]), imresize
(Im,[Rows Column], method) but not the function of imresize (..,..,
property,value,..) please explain this issue should I need to add an
library or download anything.
