WOrk on Octave GUI.

Hi Folks! 

Octave-GTK is nearing its first alpha version of pure 
GTK bindings for GNU Octave. 
Our [scilab] API clone for the Octave GUI is also  
crystallizing. This is Hemants assignment.

Thanks for the discussion on Octave GUI API.
We will talk more after the code.

A GLADE layout editor for making Octave GUI modules 
is being taken up by our folks, which will be useful
in creating GUI's, rather than use the 'uicontrol'
approach of the scilab. This is my task now.

We are planning to write a SWIG module for Octave as
well. One of our team members Manickam is working on
that.

We are a brave GNU world.
