Creating a new toolbox

Hello,

We are interested in creating the aerospace toolbox for Octave.

Our idea would be to first go through:
Peter Duffett-Smith's "Practical Astronomy with your Calculator or Spreadsheet"
David Vallado's "Fundamental of Astrodynamics"

We have downloaded the example package, and have been reading through https://octave.sourceforge.io/developers.php

Are there other things we should be aware of when working on a toolbox?
