Hello octave:
I want to ask whether octave will take part in gsoc of this year and I
want to join this project as a student. I got known about octave when I
take machine learning by Andrew Ng. This is a great mathmetic tool. Now I
would like to make some contribution and get familiar with your project.
How could I join in? Thank you.
