[GSoC 2021] Review proposals

Anyone interested in reviewing proposals (starting from today until May 2
<https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/timeline>), mentoring, or
co-mentoring students during the Google summer of code, is very welcome [image:
:slightly_smiling_face:] Please contact nir, c., ankit, or me (via direct
email) to be added to the group of mentors.

Being added there does not come with any mentoring obligations, you can
also join just for interest [image: :wink:]

@mike: for some proposals you are the (only) expert [image: :sweat_smile:] If
your time permits, it would be great if you could review them.
