GUI Translation update for 7.1 release

Dear Translators,

The translation files (libgui/languages/*.ts) of the GUI were updated
for the 7.1.0 release in the stable branch with changeset

It would be very helpful for the upcoming 7.1.0 release if you could
check the files and add translations for new text strings. Please upload
the completed files at the related bug #61687 report

The bug report can also be used for questions and discussions regarding
the translations.
