New setup for octave needed git.

I just installed ubuntu 22.04 on a new hard drive.
I then cloned octave.
then I used the script at
https://wiki.octave.org/Octave_for_Debian_systems#The_right_way
using the newest one for 22.04

Bootstrap said I needed git.
so I installed it with apt-get.

Should git be added to that list of dependencies?
