available.

Please test as widely as possible (different Linux distributions, different
Windows versions) and report successes as well as failures on this thread:

There is a 10.0.90 version tag on the Savannah bug tracker (bugs.octave.org
<http://bugs.octave.org/>) that you can use to tag specific issues with the
release candidate.
