online class reference

I've put a html class reference for Octave on

http://pareto.uab.es/mcreel/OctaveClassReference/html/index.html

This uses the doxygen method as described in Da Coda, with a script to keep up 
with new versions of octave and to print out the version of octave used to 
make to documentation.

I'll try to keep this current, but reminders are welcome if you see the page 
get out of date.
