new mailing list addresses

The addresses for the Octave mailing lists should be easier to
remember now because they are in the octave.org domain:

  [email protected]
  [email protected]
  [email protected]
  [email protected]
  [email protected]

The headers for outgoing messages will now use @octave.org, so you may
need to change your filtering rules.  For example, the format of the
X-Mailing-List: header for the help-octave list will now be

  X-Mailing-List: <[email protected]>

The old @bevo.che.wisc.edu addresses will continue to work, but the
preferred addresses are now @octave.org.

This message is a test of the new addresses.  Sorry about duplicates
you might receive.  Please let me know if you notice any problems with
this change.
