Added permissive flag to configure command within PKGBUILD. I have 
updated it here:

Please try to compile the neoleo package in Arch in the usual way 
(yaourt/makepkg/whatever system you use) and let me know if you have 
success or failure.

I'm pretty sure the package built on previous occasions, so maybe there 
was a tweak in default compiler options which caused a recent 
compilation failure (??).
