Installing GNU Prolog 1.4.0 with Windows intel 32 bits auto-install setup (compiled under ix86 / Windows 7 with MSVC++)

Hello,
When installing  GNU Prolog 1.4.0 with Windows intel 32 bits 
auto-install setup (compiled under ix86 / Windows 7 with MSVC++) and 
trying to consult a program, I get:
