warnings for missing documentation directives to the "lgtdoc" tool; =
improves performance of the "diagrams" tool; improves the documentation =
of libraries and tools; adds new tests and improves existing tests for =
Prolog standards compliance; and includes portability updates Scryer =
Prolog, SICStus Prolog, and Tau Prolog.
