improves the Handbook documentation of the error handling built-in =
methods; improves the Handbook section on lambda expressions; updates =
the lgtunit, help, and tutor tools; adds additional tests for the Prolog =
standard logical update semantics and for several Prolog standard =
predicates; improves tests for Prolog standard control constructs and =
predicates; updates tests for linter flags; includes fixes for the =
SWI-Prolog based Docker image; and provides portability updates for XVM.
