Alpha release of version 1.0 is available

The alpha release of the new radius series 1.0 is available at
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/pub/gnu/radius/gnu-radius-0.99.95.tar.gz.

This is basically a rewrite of radius implementing multi-thread
model instead of multi-process model used in previous versions.
It also incorporates all the fixes and new features added in
the latest maintenance releases of 0.96 series.

The new model (hopefully) improves the server performance, makes
it more stable in interaction with SQL and allows to implement
many new features (among them support for multiple servers per
realm, which was long in my todo list, and multi-stage authentication
methods).
