2167 Do not log the Fall-Through attribute in detail.auth

We do quite some fix-ups on incoming user authentication requests
using the hints file. Most of them have the Fall-Through attribute
set to continue processing other hints. These Fall-Through attributes
are logged into the detail.auth logfile. These loglines clutter up
our logfiles. Since I do not think these attributes should be logged
(these are not really authentication attributes but operational
attributes, used internally by the radius server), I created a
patch to ignore these attributes in logging to detail.auth.
