I have also seen this once. I couldn't find the repository anymore. This
is not due to a limit, because I have downloaded radius more than 4 times 
in a row without having any problems. It just seems the repository is 
sometimes off line for a while. The time I had troubles using it, the CVS 
browser on the Savannah site couldn't access it as well. Patience was my
solution.
