Recent changes to the repository

Hi,

The recent changes to the repository allow to use CIDR notation
both in raddb/config and raddb/naslist.

Another important change is introduction of "logging hook function"
concept. A logging hook is a user-defined Rewrite function that is
used to add to the log messages any relevant information from the
incoming request, such as e.g. calling or caller station ID, etc.
The existing logging messages have been re-implemented via such a
hook.

Thanks to Maurice and Gerald for their bug reports, suggestions
and patches!
