Use the last alpha, which compiles fine on FreeBSD.  It is available
from:

 ftp://download.gnu.org.ua/pub/alpha/radius/radius-1.4-20061231.tar.gz

(the bzipped archive and signature files are available from the same
URL).

Notice that some users report that --disable-nls option is needed for
that platform -- I haven't had a chance to verify this.
