ayuda con radius 1.3

Saludos lista.

Estoy trabajando con la version 1.3 de gnu radius
con OS Fedora Core 2, en una x86
Procesador athlon de 1 Ghz y 256 mb de memoria
Tengo instalado el postgresql-7.4.6
El configure es:
./configure --with-postgres --with-lib-path=/usr/lib/pgsql
--with-include-path=/usr/include  --enable-livingston-menus
--enable-deny-shell=SHELL

al finalizar el configure no manda errores.
al realizar el "make", no manda errores.
pero al realizar el "make check" manda un

ERROR: 28 tests were run,
26 failed unexpectedly.
2 tests were skipped.

adjunto la salida del "make check" y el "testsuite.log"

alguna sugerencia?
