exceptions to simultaneous use?

Is it possible to exclude a particular nas from simultaneous-use
restrictions?

In particular, we primarily use gnu-radius to auth dial-up users where
we want Simultaneous-use to be 1. We would also like to have our ftp
server auth against the same radius. The trouble of course being that if
a user dials in then connects to the ftp server, the radius check for
the ftp server will fail for multiple logins.
