Yes, see the GNU Radius Manual. An online copy is available at
http://www.gnu.org/software/radius/manual. Configuration files are
described in chapter 4 (Radius Configuration Files). The radauth utility
is described in section 11.6 (radauth). The client configuration is
described in section 12.1 (Client Configuration).
