Some (or all) of your system accounting files exceeded the file size
limit.  Inspect /var/log/radacct/*/detail and truncate the files that
have grown too big.  In order to prevent this from happening again, it
is a good idea to set up periodic rotation (either time- or size-based)
of the accounting files.
