Help with rcsmerge under windows

Hi....

I´m studing the RCS tools in windows... I need to integrate a software
with it under windows...

All commands are working, only the rcsmerge doesn´t work yet :(

Below, it´s the message that I receive:

F:\Projetos\>rcsmerge.exe -r2 -r2.1.1 bcmComm.cpp
RCS file: RCS/bcmComm.cpp
retrieving revision 2.1
retrieving revision 2.1.1.1
Merging differences between 1.3 and 2.1.1.1 into bcmComm.cpp
diff3.exe: subsidiary program failed


Can anyone help me ?
