RCS and DST

We have MFGPRO version eb on Progress v 9.1d on Red Hat Linux 2.1 using
RCS for our development source code.  We are researching any
applications impacted by the new changes to DST.  Are there any issues
with RCS and the new Energy Policy and Daylight Saving Time changes?
