Thanks, I have confirmed that the bug has occurred with
RCS 5.8 but not with RCS 5.7, so this is a regression.

Thien-Thi, the problem is that 'co -r1.1.1.6 RCSTest1.ob2'
should check out revision 1.1.1.6, but checks out some
other version.  This seems like a fairly serious problem.
