   I have run "./configure" and "make install", but it appears
   that the rcsfreeze script is not installed. What is the
   proper way to install it? Am I supposed to manually copy it
   using "cp src/rcsfreeze /usr/local/bin"?

   (GNU RCS version 5.10.0)

Yes, that's the way to do it. You need to be root, probably.
Another idea that avoids needing to be root is to copy it to
~/bin and make sure ~/bin is mentioned in the =E2=80=98PATH=E2=80=99 env va=
r.
