[Regexp] Discontinuing this mailing list

Unless there are objections, I am going to shut down this list next week.

Questions about gnu.regexp in the future should be addressed to the GNU 
classpath mailing list (see http://www.gnu.org/software/classpath or 
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/classpath); the code has been 
incorporated into that project and they will be managing bug fixes and 
further implementation of JDK1.4 regular expression syntax.  I will pop 
in from time to time but I'm no longer actively maintaining the codebase.
