Suggestion: create a savannah-cvs mailing list

I have been reading the savannah-dev mailing list for some time and I 
even started a discussion there some time ago. I personally find it very 
difficult to focus on "human written" messages lost in the flow of cvs 
notification events.

What do you think of creating another mailing list like savannah-cvs 
that would be entirely dedicated to CVS events?

PS: I'm a bit biased here because this the way I have organized things 
on CodeX inside Xerox and we are very happy with it. So...
