screen -S description

Then to look at the various sessions open use screen -ls

luke@sidekick:~$ screen -ls
There are screens on:
        24611.updates (23/11/11 15:45:53) (Detached)
        6466.updates (22/11/11 16:30:24) (Detached)
        2534.mediafix (20/11/11 20:55:28) (Detached)
3 Sockets in /var/run/screen/S-luke.

then use screen -rd description, to reattach
