screen: how to start all my task automatically in a script?

guys/experts:
like the email subject, I recently upgrade my system and seems have to 
reboot more frequently than before.
I found it annoying that I have to re-create each window and start my 
apps in each window manually, after a system reboot.
I know there must be a way to automate it, what is current solution for it?
