From "screen -h":

-S sockname   Name this session <pid>.sockname instead of <pid>.<tty>.<host>.

This comes in handy when dealing with multiple disconnected screen
sessions, for instance. If you disconnect from both the above sessions,
a simple "screen -r 1" or "screen -r 2" should let you reconnect to
either session -- whatever their current pid.
