Hi screen-users,

I noticed that the master branch has a few string escapes removed, compared
to earlier releases, such as system load (%l) and various date and time
ones (%d, %m, %c, %s etc.). Is there a way to have the functionality back,
preferably without resorting to backticks?

Alternatively, is there a branch where both these escapes and 24bit color
co-exist? I had a quick look at the screen-v4 branch man page, but it seems
they are no longer there either.

Thanks,
Yair.
