sending alternate and break with one command

Hi,
we enabled for our sun servers the alternate break sequence. Now I want
when I press ctrl a shift b that screen send the alternate break
sequence at first after that a break.

At the moment I have the following:

	bind B stuff "\015\176^B"
	bind b break 3
