OK so ESC H was a bad example :)  ESC A is what I really care about.

Emacs *could* be told to look for something else.  But I was guessing
that they picked ESC A because it wasn't used for anything else.  I'll
ask there too.  (It's looking, not sending--if it sees ESC AnSiTc DIR it
changes the working directory for the buffer to DIR.)

Since everything I've run into besides screen passed ESC A through, I
thought the majority were right.  Does anybody have X3.64 and can check?
