Screen returns "Cannot find terminfo entry" error

I am using screen on my SUN Solaris 2.5.
I have 45 windows in screen.  I have configured MAXWIN in config.h
to 100.  I have left open screen in three different terminals
and when I try,

screen -r screenname/

in fourth terminal, I get an error:

Cannot find terminfo entry for 'xterm'

If I close a screen running in a terminal, then I could
open it again.  If I have less number of screen windows I can
open in more terminals simultaneously.  Its a resource issue.
I don't know how to get screen running in more terminals
simultaneously.
