screen dont start on HP UX with "cannot find terminfo for 'xxx'"

Hello friends,
i have a HP UX server (HP UX 11.23V2, i.e. IA-64) and install screen 
3.9.15 from this source "http://hpux.connect.org.uk/ftp/hpux/". 
The install process was susseccful.

If i would start screen, this error message come 

"cannot find terminfo for xterm"

This comes also if i export my terminal to 'vt100', 'screen', 'linux'

vt100 is in /etc/termcap defined.

What can i do?
