so I'm going to list Oliver (1987), Wayne (1991) (appears in several patches
and as co-author of the documentation), and the two of you (1993-2006) as
copyright holders. If that's inaccurate, please veto now. ;)

If my scanning through our bugtracker reveals or produces any patches
that concern upstream bugs, I'll forward them here for review and inclusion.
