cygwinsetup

Hello,

I tried to install cygwin in windows  but i am getting following error
if i run the following command.
Changing to the root directory is also not possible.
Administrator@YAMUNA ~
$ su -
su: user root does not exist
Administrator@YAMUNA ~
$ cp  e:\cygpic-1.3-2.tar.bz2 .
cp: `con' and `./con' are the same file
cp: cannot stat `e:cygpic-1.3-2.tar.bz2': No such file or directory

Administrator@YAMUNA ~
$ cp con e:\cygpic-1.3-2.tar.bz2 . tar --bzip2 -xf cygipc-1.13-2.tar.bz2
cp: unrecognized option `--bzip2'
