EXPR command, not a bug really but a problem

I can't use large numbers using expr and was hoping someone had a better
answer.

I'm trying to divide a large number ie 2200000000 by 10 and I get negative
numbers.

I assume it's because its not handling it as a single but a long or some
other value.. any idea how I can get around this?
