compilation problem with Boost regex 1.33

I've just uploaded a fix for a compilation problem with the 1.33 version 
of the Boost regex library:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/src-highlite/source-highlight-2.1.2.tar.gz

it also has some other improvements
