dotfiles flag not documented in help message

I noticed that the =60=E2=80=94dotfiles=60 flag is not included in the he=
lp message that=E2=80=99s printed out when running =60stow =E2=80=94help=60=
. I think it would be helpful to include in the message so people might b=
e aware that it exists (since it=E2=80=99s a newer feature).
