Bug: unexpand (textutils-2.1)

1.
It converts all spaces (not just the initial ones) to
tabs even without '-a' option.

2.
--first-only option is found neither from man page nor
from `unexpand --help`.
(The option itself works fine since it is coded in the
source.)
