dos2unix style until

Hello,

I noticed GNU does not include a text conversion util similar to the 
historical dos2unix.

I know I could use a tr line, or another text stream editor, but it 
would be nice if there was just a command to do this straight out.

How about something like dos2gnu or even lf2cr etc.

Or is a tool that can do this already part of one of the GNU packages?
