make check fails for sharutils-4.13.3

On Solaris 2, make check for sharutils-4.13.3 fails because
"bash" specific command is used in /bin/sh script tests/shar-2.
/bin/sh may be equal to bash on most linux, but not on Solaris.
I avoided it by editing the line "cd -" to "cd .." in
tests/shar-2.
