Dear GNU diff maintainers.

Hello.
I found a spelling error in help page in Japanese of diff command.

$diff --help (in Japanese)
Line 11
> -i RE --ignore-matching-lines=RE RE

$diff --help (in English)
Line 11
> -I RE --ignore-matching-lines=RE Ignore changes whose lines all match RE.

Point which should be a capital "I" has become the "i" in lower case.
This option should be "-I".

And I will put a version.

$diff --version
