Thanks for the help, Karl!  There was a git checkbox I needed to check...

I think I've got it.  I put in versions 1.7 and 1.7.1 (GPLv3) and they 
are tagged.

You should be able to clone it:

git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/time.git
